Sakala resort really impressed me! the pools had floating bars. Ordering cocktails was so easy. breakfast catered to everyone with a fantastic range of choices. the hotel's proximity to the airport made travel simple!
The wi-fi signal wasn't consistently strong in all areas of the resort. It was a minor inconvenience.

The gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. Maintaining fitness was no problem. pools had twenty loungers and a shaded section. everything felt very accessible!

The two bedroom suite was enormous. It provided ample space for our family. The breakfast had many choices. I really loved it, and the staff were always ready to assist.
The location was not ideal. It seemed isolated. There were not many restaurants nearby. Our room was quite a distance from the main facilities though the resort is quite large.

The breakfast buffet included many choices. I tried the local fruit selection and it was fresh. I also liked that the hotel arranged late check-out and a lounge area. This allowed me to relax until airport transport arrived.
The beach near the hotel looked dirty. I also found the staff slow to respond to requests. The hotel location lacked nearby local restaurants. This required taxis for dining outside the resort.

the breakfast was delicious i especially liked the omelet station there a lady cooked omelets to order very well. the two big pools were perfect for both kids and adults they were clean and well-kept. our room was spacious and had everything we needed including air conditioning and comfortable beds
the gym music started early in the morning it disturbed my sleep a bit

i found the suite spacious. the bathroom included two separate sinks. the bed was super fantastic it gave me very comfortable sleep.
i noticed tiles coming off around the pool. some smells came from darker areas. the beach wasn't the nicest for swimming it had water sports nearby.

the breakfast buffet was seriously excellent, with a huge variety of choices that could satisfy anyone. i loved the pools. They even have floating bars where you can order drinks and food. the location is very convenient, being close to the airport. i got a late checkout and could relax in the lounge before heading to the airport.
the only small issue i encountered was that the music by the pool could get a little repetitive.

The hotel features well kept facilities. Amenity kits are provided in every room! the pools are excellent, offering a relaxing experience. There are also convenient transportation options, including buses to the beach and shopping center nearby.

the breakfast buffet offers an enormous range of western and indonesian dishes! the restaurants serve yummy food of excellent quality, so many choices, and it caters to everyone. the omelet station offers omelets made to order.

The staff demonstrates grace and charm! the front desk warmly welcomes guests. They are helpful, even using translation devices for non-english speakers! the staff is attentive and always ready to help with any request.

the room i stayed in was spacious and clean. the staff were friendly and always willing to assist me. the lobby had a very relaxed atmosphere.
the room furniture looked worn , and it needed some repairs. i found dirt in the pool , mostly from trees. i also saw some broken tiles , concrete stones , and metal pieces inside the pool.
